⁰2a. (1) Every individual shall have the right against untouchability and discrimination. Right to treatment, (b) Right to equal protection in services and facilities provided by any government agency, (c) Right to equal access to public services, ( d) The right to travel and reside within and outside Nepal, (e) The right to equal participation in cultural activities, (f) The right to marry and choose a spouse,

(g) The right to peaceably assemble and organize,

(h) The right to choose employment and to work,
